In the artist's words:
"I've been investigating visual archetypes in my work through painting the last few years and recently began exploring the use of archetypes in animation. With painting I employed shape, value and pattern to "get at" some of the more preterit visual archetypes. In animation I find that movement and timing can be powerful archetypally. Playing on the viewer's sense of anticipation (the tropes of storytelling) the loop teases/mesmerizes the viewer into finding their own narrative.
